9am-5pm Monday thru Friday. We are not available on weekends or in the evening. Of course,
e-mails are welcome at any time.

Is your cabinetry environmentally friendly?
Yes. We use sustainable domestic hardwoods and plywood that do not contain
formaldehyde. We also use non-toxic finishes.

How long does it take for you to design and build a typical kitchen?
The design phase will vary depending upon the scope of the project. It usually takes 6-8
weeks to fabricate the cabinetry but this is influenced by number of cabinets and degree of
complexity. Generally, we have a backlog of work from between 3 to 6 months. Please ask
what our current situation is — we may be able to fit your project in sooner.

How do you charge for design?
Our hourly design rate is $40 per hour. A typical kitchen design costs between $800 to
$1200.

What does a typical Kitchen Living kitchen cost?
Each kitchen is unique to its owner but, generally, our kitchens fall in the $13,000 to
$25,000 range. This is for cabinetry only (not counter tops, appliances, etc).

Will you design a kitchen that you will not be building?
No. We are a design/build firm — we design what we build and build what we design.
